History

The company was incorporated on 1991 under the leadership of Mr. Baldeep Singh who possesses an in-depth knowledge and a rich experience, in the field of cooling tower. Since then, Settlers Engg Pvt. Ltd. has supplied over 3500 Cooling Tower in materials such as Treated Timber, Fiberglass Reinforced Polyster (FRP), Reinforced Concrete Cement (RCC) & even Galvanized Steel.

Settlers Engg Pvt. Ltd. Cooling Tower has been serving many industries / applications such as chemical, captive power generation, cement, distillery, defense, fertilizer, heavy engineering, metalluigical, nuclear, petrochemical, refinery, research laboratory, rolling mill, solvent extraction, sugar etc.

Ltd. is equipped with all relevant details needed for designing any Cooling Tower. Namely, Selection Chart of Cooling Tower, Performance curve, Engineering Drawings of all sizes of Cooling Towers, Material list, Erection drawing and Testing ability as per CTI standards.

Technical calculation such as Enthalpy difference, Specific volume of exit air, Air quantity, Fan efficiency, Pressure drop, Splash/Film surface, Wetted area, Fan HP, Motor BHP, Motor HP, Fan Tip velocity, AGMA rating of Gearbox (Minimum 2), Specific humidity difference, L/G ratio, Inlet & Outlet air velocities etc. are also given but only for large Cooling Towers.
